Default 1983 Sears Projection Television

I have a 1983 Sears Projection Television. The screen finally gave out yesterday and fell off its brackets. Is there a replacement for this screen with its hardware, still available somewhere? The screen serial number is 003900 and its model number is 5440S. Can someone help me?
Thanks!
