Usually the whole unit just turns and unscrews from the mounting plate under the sink.
(Careful it is usually in tight and very heavy when it comes away, and you need to remove the plumbing connections and power lead before that final removal.)
Mine jammed (x2) caused by a simple paper kitchen towel. When out it usually separates at the top by a few screws to remove the waste entry chamber from the macerator. The sealing gasket is almost bound to break up so you need a new one to hand before dismantling it OR, use motor brand 'instant gasket' (like silicone sealer if you have never used it). The latter is cheaper, but you'll need to leave it for 24hours to dry the seal before using it again.
Can't do without one or the other, unless you want to flood the kitchen first time you use it again.
Dig out whatever is blocking the spinner plate before reassembly. BYU.
