Can you please supply your model number?

If the tube is fiberglass you could use tiger hair that is used in automotive body repair.

I am not sure how long this would last.

if it is a pinhole just under the heater on the back left or back right of the tub you may fall under a recall that some of the machines had the wrong heater element put in them from the factory and if this happens they have been replacing the unit with a new one. but i'm not sure exactly when the recall expires. if the heating element is circular it's not the one that is under recall. if it is kind of squared off on the sides and does a tight loop in the back corners it could fall under this recall. could be worth checking out, good luck. i think it was whirlpool and some kenmore brands. i think.

Default Hole repair

If the hole is on a flat section of the tub the below should work
Get a rubber or better yet a composite washer
Use a screw and metal washer and screw this into the hole with the composite washer against the tub.
Do not over tighten, you just want to compress your seal washer slightly
Better yet if you can drill out the hole and use a bolt with two rubber washers and two metal washers to make a sandwich with the tub liner in the center
Hardest part will be finding materials which are resistant to the heat and corrosive nature of dishwasher soap

Could try automotive RTV under the metal washer as a seal material.
This stuff is temp and chemical resistant just give it plenty of time to dry before using the dishwasher
