There are company that supply threaded rod.

Check a local hardware store or do a search on the INTERNET.

Can you please verify your model number?

There should be a tag on the compactor with the serial number and model number.

Usually on the frame where the drawer closes or on the drawer.

There seems to be numbers missing from your model number.
