Exclamation Won't stop running
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: keye677bwh3
Age: More than 10 years

dryer is 12 years old, changed the timer couple of weeks ago because it wouldn't start. now it starts and heats up fine, just won't cut off. any advice? local repair company told the timer was the problem.

Recheck your connections on your timer, I bet you will find one connection loose or disconnected all together.

What do you mean by"won't cut off" won't stop at end of cycle? won't stop at all and keeps going around the whole dial? If you open the door does it stop, and then close the door and it starts running again? A little more info please Bettyboop
