Hi all.

Read a few pages and found some likely places to start looking for the prob.

I set the timer, to any spot, push the button, and nada. No noise, no smell, nothing...

Thing is, in my case, my timer doesn't even 'tick'.
Whatever I set it to, it just sits there and does not move. I was under the impression that these timers were basically mechanical in nature, and would tick the time off regardless of whether or not the start button was pushed. Of course, I can't for the life of me remember ever testing that theory beforehand, so I could be mistaken...

Thanks ...

Edit: I perhaps should mention that I have checked my household fuses, and I have checked power coming to the dryer plug with multimeter. All is as it should be...
