Your little timer motor has blown. Verify voltage to it, if voltage, this confirms bad motor. They no longer sell the motor separate from the timer. I usually use a used motor to fix. Can get one from an appliance store junkyard if they allow you.
For nNorton:
Your timer internal cam that operates the contact is worn or the contact leaves are warped. I used to fix these by slightly bending the contact leaf springs. Take timer apart and bend the timer contact leaf spring that supplies power to the timer motor inward so it makes contact longer during each cycle. This will fix your problem.
If any of the contact leaf springs are warped, or the contacts burnt badly=new timer time.
