Here is a link to your parts breakdown

Does the unit heat??
Does it not dry on all cycle types??
Is the unit blowing strongly??
Is your vent system clean??
Is the dryer tub revolving??
Does the exterior vent flap open all the way??
Are the clothes wet or damp??

Unhook the unit from the vent and run a load. Does it dry now??
If lint is a concern. Take a pair of pantie hose, put one leg into the other and attach this to the units exhaust. Allow it enough room to blow out like a wind sock. Not you can check the temperature and blower air volume.

That is a older Maytag. That is when Maytag made a good product. I would bet your vent is clogged. Follow Mr Denman's panty hose routine. He is right on it. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
