Is the inside of the dryer hot and steamy?

If you have 240 volts to the element and it should be heating.

Here is a link to your dryer model REX4635EQ0.

With the wires off of the element I read Approx. 240 volts.
I read continuity thru the element approx. 10 ohms.
Cannot see the element broke anywhere.
I am like you It should be heating.
Apprreciate any further help.
