What did they check?

Is there 240 volts coming to the dryer?

Did they check the continuity of the element?

Did they check the wiring on the motor switch?

Did they check all the thermostats?

Did they check the wiring where the cord connects?

Here is a link to the parts of your dryer model 110.63942101.

thank you yes they check all of that, they could not find out what was wronge with it, I started check on web site, I found out that the element was only getting 110 volts so i traced the wire that had no voltage and found out that it went to a relay by the timer, it had 110 going but nothing comming out so i shorted the 2 wires together and it worked, here is the part number that i replaced and working great, 3405281
