Question Whirpool dryer belt and pulley
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: wx87600
Age: More than 10 years
whirlpool dryer belt broke. idler pulley came off and I do not know how to place idler pulley. Where does it go and how is it placed? Need a diagram or picture to help me out .thanks

The pully metal bracket slipps into a groove in the base in front of the motor pulley. This provides tension for the belt which is routed around the roller.
