My dryer is making a loud squeeling sound when running. I noticed if a heavy load was in the machine it would run, but the drum would not turn. In conducting other searches on the webb, I found that my model number is not recognized. I have checked it three times now and it is correct. It may be because I am in Canada. Model number does work on the Whirlpool site. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Only Guess Is The 2 Bubber Rollers That The Drum Runs On, One Or Both Has Siezed On The Shaft And Is Squeeling Because They Are Dragging On The Drum If So Easy Fix, Also Could Be Belt Idler Pulley Is Siezed. Open Front And Check It Out Bettyboop
