I believe it may be the same thing. But I know next to nothing when it comes to this type of repair. I have a whirlpool that is less than 2 years old. Not sure of the model. I have a picture of the tag inside the door - MOD LER6636PW1 - TYPE DWSR-ELE-2406026-FM54

I took out the lint trap and it was very full. I cleaned it out and tryed to start it and got nothing. I turned the timer dial and feel it click and then push start and nothing. I took the back off and took a picture of it, but I am not sure what I am looking. If anyone has any suggestions or assitance I would greatly appreciate the help.
