Default Whirlpool Coil Replacement
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: LGV4634JQ1
Age: 5 - 10 years

I'm trying to replace the two ignition coils on a Whirlpool LGV4634JQ1 dryer. How do I get to the gas valve assembly? What panels do I need to take off and how?

Take the 2 screws out by the lint filter, and get a screw driver and put it under the top on the right side, and pop up the top on the right, and do the same on the left. There is the top. Now on the inside on the front panel on te right and the left there is a 5/16s screw, take it out, and then pull off the front, and then you are there. If you need me, I can be reached at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
