Dryer making a vibrating and a chingling noise. It works fine even when I manually turn it there is no sound.
Second thing is how do I get inside from the front or back?

Not sure what might be making the noise but check to make sure that nothing is stuck between the drum and the bulkhead.

Check in the blower housing for foreign objects.

To get in the dryer you enter from the front.

Make sure you unplug the dryer first.

There is a spring clip between the top and the front panel.

Using a putty knife and push in on the clip while lifting upward.

The top is on hinges.

You will now have access to the screw holding the front panel on.

Here is a link to your dryer model ldga100bae.
