 Tumbles, Cycles, but no heat Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 4 years
I've checked continuity on all the thermostats, the thermal fuse, and the timer, as well as the actual element itself; i get readings that they are all good (0). Whats next call an electrician to test the actual circuit breaker itself? The dryer is 2 yrs. old. I've checked for backed up lint, none. Tumbles fine, blows fine, follows the cycles fine. I've checked the low,med,high temp switch on the front panel it reads 0 also. My guess is, is that it has something to do with something in/on the motor, some switch or bad connection in there, i don't know. Thats a bit to techy for me to get into, theres like 8 plus wires that run into the motor. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. |
