it is not a lint build up or venting problem...everything is clean, sucks and blows properly.

Is there a way to test the heating element to see if it is shorting out?

before i spend another 50 bucks i want to make sure this is the problem...
i did pull the element again and made sure none of the coils are touching metal and i ran it with the back off and held a mirror underneath the element to make sure nothing was touching when I had the heat on and the element has hot (and expanded)...nothing there...

i appreciate eveyone's advice so far!

Maybe it is not the dryer thats at fault. If you have a amp meter that a amp reading on both lines to the dryer. if system is running for about 15 mins then blowing the breaker then maybe the breaker is going bad or the wires in the panel box are loose,or in outlet
