Default Timer does not advance or move
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: LDE713
Age: 5 - 10 years

Maytag Dryer timer knob does not advance or count down.

Dryer has heat.

Knob will turn manually with your hand but does not automatically turn off.

Is this the timer or something else maybe more than 1 thing?

How do i trouble shoot to find out?

TIA

MAYTAG LDE713

Is this happening in the timed dry or in the auto dry cycle?
