Shelf in dryer is loose

Default Shelf in dryer is loose
Brand: Maytag
Age: 1 - 4 years
One of the 3 shelves in the dryer are loose. I can see that the screws need to be tighten. How to get into the dryer to screw these tighter. Can someone advise on what to do?
