Default Shaking No Baking
Brand: Kenmore

My dryer shakes but doesn't bake the clothes. I start the dryer even with little amount of clothes, it sounds like I have a sneaker or two tumbling inside. It rumbles and shakes to the point that it moves a few inches from its original location. Does anyone have an idea why it's doing this? I am by no stretch, a dryer repair man, so I'm a bit hesitant to open the dryer up and look inside. I probably wouldn't know what I was looking at, anyway. Is it time to call for repairs?

If you wouldn't know what you are looking at I think you should call for help or throw in the towel just not in the dryer

sure there are parts to buy and it may be a quick fix, it all depends on how handy you are and if you takes things apart you can put them back together.

I had the same problem, did a search and found out it just wasnt level to the ground. Once I got out a leveler and messed around with the little feet at the bottom, it helped the problem. I eventually decided to take the feet off all together and that seems to have worked. An easy first start to see if it solves your problem.
