Yes, this a older dryer, but a good one. If you unplug the dryer, and take the back off, you will have 1 of 2 problems. On the bottom right you will see the terminals for the heating element. Put your meter on ohms, and take the wires off the element, and check it for continuity. If you get it, it is good, if not replace it. The other part, that could stop the dryer from heating is the thermal fuse. It is located on top of the element housing. Pull the 2 wires off of it, and check for continuity. But before you do all this, check your breaker. Flip it off, and flip in on, and see if it works. You could also check the power at the terminal block, to make sure you have 240 volts.
