Can you please provide your model number?

It should be on a tag on the console toward the back.

First of all, any women that cleans behind the lid of her washer, I would marry her, if I was not married. No really, The best way is to pop the top of the washer up, and lean it all the way back, and you will see a phillips head screw holding in the bottom of the hinge assembly to top on the left side, and one on the right side. Then you can remove the lid and clean. Then put it back. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
