Fin on drum is lose, need to tighten bolt but can't get spring latches along front top of dryer to disengage. If I can open top I can easily tighten bolt and solve this simple problem.

Real simple. Open the door and take the 2 screws off that hold the door in place. Then take the 2 screws off the other side as if it were a left hand door. Then pull the panel off, and then there will be 1 5/16 screw on the top of the front panel bracket holding the top down on the left, and one on the right. Then left top.
