Try all cycles.
Does it dry properly on any of them?

You need heat and air flow for proper drying

Remove the vent from the exhaust and try it.

If you do not want lint in the house, take a pair of pantie hose, put one leg inside the other and attach this to the exhaust. Leave enough room so it can blow out like a windsock.

If it now dries OK clean and check your vent system

If air flow out of the dryer seems low, clean and check the blower wheel
Check the lint filter to make sure it is not coated with fabric softener residue
Run a piece of cardboard (box top) around the front and back of the drum, to check that the seals are in good shape
