Default NO heat, how to test?
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: DJSR473ET3WW
Age: 5 - 10 years

I have the front panel and the drum off of the dryer and I'm trying to figure out how to test if the heating element is bad. That's about the only thing i can recognize on a dryer. I have no idea where the thermal fuse or thermostat is located. Do i test the resistance where the coils are connected?
