Thumbs down Need help with belt change
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FER211AS2
Age: 5 - 10 years

I HAVE A DRYER WITH A BROKEN BELT I HAVE THE TOP OFF BUT CAN NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO NEXT IN ORDER TO GET THE NEW BELT ON ANY ADVICE WOULR BE GREATLY ACCEPTED

with the top up, there's a small screw inside the cabinet near the top remove them tilt the front panel and remove the door switch wires,(make sure the dryer is unpluged, and lift off the front panel and you're there

OKAY belt fix

Default OKAY belt fix

now it won't heat up it worked fine prior to me working on the belt any ideas

Look for wires you left unpluged

every thing appears to be plugged in

any other ideas is there any wayvi broke any of the wires

If the drum is put back in roughly the heating element can get broken
