 Maytag dryer starts then stops - sometimes Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a Maytag dependable electric dryer model # MDE9206AZW that, when in timer mode will stop after a couple minutes. Sometimes it runs for 10-15 mins, other times it will run only for 1 or 2, then buzz to let me know it has stopped. Sometimes when you press the button, it simply buzzes at me. In the easy care/auto care function it simply will do nothing more that buzz when you press the start button. I am an electrician and feel confident I can fix it, with some advice.
