Default Maytag dryer slow drying (gas dryer)
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: LDG9304AAE
Age: 5 - 10 years

It takes forever to dry a load of clothes. No air restriction, replaced flame sensor, both thermostats test good. By running the dryer with the front removed I can see that the gas is igniting.

What you need to do is take your vent hose off at the wall, and then run a cycle. I do believe your vent to the outside is clogged. Run a cycle, withjout the vent on, there will not be much lint. Just do it, so I can advise you if nessecary. You can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
