This dryer has been working perfectly for the last 4 years (when I moved into the house). Now it just won't start. The outlet is fine, and beyond that I don't really know what to do. Not sure how old the dryer is and if it's even worth paying to have it looked at and repaired vs. just replacing. Is there any other checks I can do at home first or is this dryer at the end of it's life?

Most common failure is a thermal fuze, a little white plastic part on the blower housing, blows if the dryer is not vented properly.
