Question Kenmore series 80 dryer stops after 5 minutes
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: Series 80
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi,

My Kenmore has developed a problem, it starts OK and it appears as if all is fine, but after approx 5 mins it stops like it's finshed. Clothes not dry and will not restart. Is it a sensor problem?

Default Found the problem

Hi,

Found the problem, after taking off the exhaust fue from the wall the dryer works fine. Subsequent inspection of the flue pipe found it to be completely blocked with lint about 2/3 of the way down the pipie. The lnit filter does not apear to be working ver well.

Thanks all
