Ok, this is a gas dryer.What I would do first is unplug the dryer, and take the back off, and look back there in the middle close to the bottom, and you will see a white piece, about an inch and a half long, and a half iinch wide, with two wires coming to it. Take the wires off, and put them together. Also put some tape around it so the terminals don't hit any metal, and then plug the dryer in, and turn it on. If it heats, replace that part.
