The drum runs fine but no heat. Someone suggested me testing heater relay and the heater element. I saw the heater element located at the right side of the lower panel. Do I need to take it out and how do I take it out? How do I test them? Thanks a lot.

To test the element you do not have to remove it.

You will need a multimeter to check the element.
