replaced thermal fuse on dryer and it worked fine for 2 weeks, except for the timer kept going when the dryer cycle ended. Now dryer wont work, heating element comes on, but dryer wont start. Is the timer bad, and might i have to replace thermal fuse again?

It is very possible that the element has gone to ground. That is why the element is probably coming on. Pull the element and inspect it. You might also have to replace the thermal fuse. That could be the reason it blew in the first place. You can reach me at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
