You can open the lower panel, by using a flat screwdriver, in the crack between the panel and lower edge of the door, and pushing the black metal clips and pulling out on the panel at the same time. inside look for a thermal fuse and test for continuity, it will be mounted on the 4" metal exaust pipe, also you could test the continuity of the igniter, be care full the igniter is as fragle as a common cracker.

I am having the same issue on my Kenmore 90 Series Gas Dryer. I took off the panel and can see the 4" pipe. But I don't know what you mean by check the continuity of the thermal fuse and the igniter. Is the termal fuse that is on the 4" pipe mounted on the top? If so how do I know it good and what can i do to know if the igniter is good?? As you can tell this is my first time on this forum.

bettyboop I can understand your position. Thank you. I will check with a meter. Is there any kind of pilot like on a water heater on this Kenmore 90 Series that I can light or is it just all electical?
