Red face Kenmore 70 Series gas dryer
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 11077732792
Age: 1 - 4 years

The dryer is luke warm for about a week and now its blowing cold air ...the problem is I don't have my original instructions so I'm not sure how to check or light my gas pilot and I'm afraid my husband is clueless so before I pay an arm and leg for service for something as simple as the pilot ...could someone give us some direction ...
thanks in advance,
talijo

Thanks and yes I called Sears...yep I realized that there wasn't pilot light...anyhow it turns out that the lint was backing up in the tube and the dryer has a safety mechanism and turns off automatically until it clears or we clean the lint. It took my father to come by (He's a retired GM Skilled trades guy) to tell and show us.
Thanks again.
