A Model Number would be helpful.

Why would you replace the thermal fuse, did it blow?

Also a better description would be nice.
How long does it run before shut down?
Can you restart it right away or do you have to wait?
Does it do it on all cycle types and temp settings?
Is the vent and the exterior flap clean and operating correctly?

Fuse blew out first, replaced those then it kept on happening. It will run for 15 mins or so then shut off. Yes I can restart it after a minute. It seems to do better on lower temp settings. yes all vents and filters are clean.

Try running the dryer without the vent hooked up and see if the blower is moving the air.
