Default Igniter on in 10 secs, flame in 30 secs but both off in 10 secs
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: LDG6914AAM
Age: More than 10 years

The igniter heats after 10 seconds and after another 30 secs the flame comes on but stays on only for 10 secs and then goes out.

The resistance on the secondary coil is 1440 ohms

There are 3 terminals on the primary coil.
Assuming terminal 1 is closest to the front of the drier and 3 is to the back, the resistance between 1 and 2 is 1413. Betwen 1 and 3 is 557. Between 2 and 3 is 1930.

Are my coils bad or okay?
Pls email me your reply

The igniter resistance is 210 ohms. Is this normal or is it bad?

The igniter heats after 10 seconds and after another 30 secs the flame comes on but stays on only for 10 secs and then goes out.

My research says that all the resistances are okay at baseline.

Pls note that after 10 secs after coming on, both the flame and the igniter go off
