Default I took plastic feet off my dryer-is this ok
Brand: Whirlpool
Age: 1 - 4 years

My dryer was rumbling and shaking so I took the little plastic feet off all four corners and that seems to have worked.

I was concerned that this would be an overheating hazard if there is little or no clearance to the floor.

Do you HAVE to use the feet? Afraid to use my dryer until I know.

THANKS!

On another note, I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool appliance, have had parts wear out early on my washer, my dryer and my dishwasher. Whirlpool seems to use a lot of cheap plastic parts.

You can use the dryer without the legs.

The leg are just for leveling.
