What is wrong? Take the 2 screws out by the lint filter, and then get a putty knife, and put it under the top, on the right side and, and poip up the top, and do the same on the left side. Then push the top back up against the back the wall. If you want to take the front off. Look inside the front panel up top on the right, and on the left, and you will see a 5/16s screw , and take them out and pull the front off. There you go.
