Default Heating Element Help
Brand: Amana
Model Number: LE8207W3
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hey there,
My Amana dryer has stopped heating, and I am trying to test the heating element, but am not sure how to access it, or to open the cabinet on my model dryer. Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on opening up the dryer and locating the element? Thanks!~jfreek

P.S. I'm not sure how old it is. I bought it from a friend who said their relative hadn't had it for very long, but I'm not sure how to define "very long."

Hi

Remove the toe plate panel that is located on the front of the dryer toward the floor.
