GE Profile Dryer will not stay on

Default GE Profile Dryer will not stay on
Brand: Please select
Model Number: DPSQ475ETOWW
Age: Please select
Once I press the start button the dryer spins then stops as soon as I let go of the start button. If I hold the button down the unit stays on until I let go. The dryer does heat up. Is it the button ? motor?
