Dryer rumbles / thumps while turning. I took off top and checked belt - appears to be in good condition. The front of the drum is loose where it rests in front on the top. Is this easy enough for a non-pro like me to fix, or is it better to get a repairperson to fix it?

You have probably a busted front shroud assembly, or a bad idler pulley, refer to partselect to get disassembly info.
