Default GE Dryer Parts

Hello,
I am trying to fix a problem with the drum of my dryer ripping/marking my clothes. I found on your website that I should try 1. Changing the slide bearings 2. Changing the worn out felt drum seal.

I'm trying do do so and I am having trouble finding parts with my model number. I went to a Sears parts store and they said they couldn't order either part for it.
Could someone direct me to the appropriate parts that would work (if I can get them).

Thanks!
