Default Gas Dryer runs but does not heat
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 110-70912990
Age: 1 - 4 years

Our Kenmore gas dryer does not heat the clothes. My husband replaced the igniter with a new part but this did not fix the problem. Can someone help? We have lost our manual and cannot find a copy of it on the internet. Please, I have to have it working today for we have not had it working for the past four days.....It worked once and then just quit. Thanks.

With gas appliances it is best to have a qualified gas appliance technician in to look at it.

This is for your safety.

Angry Bad Site

I see this site is set up to answer questions for electric dryers only. Electricity is also dangerous, therefore I think we should only answer questions regarding clothes lines, but there’s always the problem of a power line near by. I got it;

"With appliances it is best to have a qualified appliance technician in to look at it.

Signed: Highly Disappointed

Well, there could be a leak with your gas link to your dryer, or the gas isn't igniting properly. I wish I could help you more, but unfortunately I don't want to risk your life.
