I Was Wondering If You Could Help. My Gas Dryer When Turned On Will Start, The Ignitor Will Glow Them Either Stop Glowing Or It Will Fire Off The Gas But Only For A Short Time Then The Gas Shuts Off. Dryer Continues To Run Without The Heat And The Ignitor Will Try To Cycle Through The Process Again. Sometimes The Gas Will Come On Few A Bit And Sometimes Not At All. What Part(s) Do You Think Needs To Replaced?

Becky, when the ignitor comes on for the first time, and the gas comes out, then it will cycle off, and then about 3 or 4 minutes later, it will cycle on, and then the glow coil will come on, and if the glow coil shuts off, and no gas, you need a gas valve. You might just be able to replace the coils on top of the valve, without replacing the whole valve. It is cheaper. Let me know. You can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
