The drum won't turn nor will the darn thing turn on ...

Can you please supply your model number?
There is a thermal fuse that is in your dryer that could be opened.
This will stop the dryer from working.

The model number will start with 110,970 or 978 and then 7 to 8 numbers after that.

Check the thermal fuse is located on the blower housing.

.
If the thermal fuse has opened check for a blocked vent.
