Model Number: LDG9304AAE
Age: More than 10 years
Heat comes on for about 5-10 seconds then goes out.Igniter lights, but gas valve doesnt open. Im thinking the flame sensor?

The flame sensor does shut the gas of if there is no flame.

So it is quit possible that it is faulty.

This should be checked by a qualified gas technician.

Replaced flame sensor. Problem solved, Wife happy thanks for help.
