I have a gas Amana Dryer. The flame goes out after 15 minutes. It won't light again until the dryer has cooled down. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Yes, replace the holding coils on the gas valve. If the symptom is the gas comes on the first time, and then cycles off, and won't come on, the coils on top of the gas valve is your problem. Replace the coils, it is a ton cheaper, then replacing the whole gas valve. Tom
