 Frigidaire Gas Laundry Center... Brand: Frigidaire Model Number: GLGH1642FS Age: Less than 1 year
Hello!
I recently purchased what I thought was the electric version of the Frigidaire Laundry Center, but it ended up being the gas version. I have no problem with that, as long as it will run with my existing LP/propane hook ups. I have no documentation and all the searches I've done for more information show that the dryer runs on 'white gas'. As far as I know, white gas was used in lanterns and table top ranges for camping. If I'm going to need to get an entirely different gas system I'm obviously going to end up returning it. So, does anyone know what type of gas this unit actually runs on? I wouldn't mind buying the LP Conversion Kit - PCK3100 if needed, but if this thing runs on something that would require me to drop $1000 in the installation of something else, I'm gonna have to get rid of it.
