I have a GE Profile Harmony Washer / Dryer set . Approx. 2 yrs old . I had a repair man out (I live in an extremely rural area) ,the charge for them to walk in my door is $150 , then $90 an hr. He doesnt know anything about the computerized setup . Well he ordered parts I needed and after replacing them , my dryer still will not turn on . It has power (lights inside come on when door is open) , but when you push the button , nothing happens .

Any ideal what could be causing this latest problem ? Parts to be replaced on dryer was the drum motor as it would power up but not tumble .

I have a similar model with different problems, you might want to check the door switch for proper operation and on the motor that tumbles the drum has a switch that monitors the idler on the drive belt, if that belt snapped or rolled off the pulley that switch will open and prevent machine from starting.
